Be aware that the powers have exhibited renewed interest in the freedom
with which they have granted safe trips home. In the face of Justice
recalling easily to their town, the Lich of D'al Kaddar has finally
countered by extending his shadowy tendrils further from his prison than
ever before, fully preventing recall in most of the Underdark, and even
in the thick fogs of Darkhaven itself.

Similarly, the mages of Valour have responded to the problems of simple
wording by enemies. Lacking the power to block the spell completely, they
have reached a more ingenious solution - a protective shell has been formed
around Valour and its surrounding areas, held by the dragon-magi that have
been specially commissioned for this task. As a consequence, attempts to
recall near/in Valour with adrenaline shall indeed succeed, but the caster
will "bounce" off this shell and find himself re-routed to the Quire.

Finally, due to the rampant (but dangerous) success of nexus transport,
the newly-formed Mystics have decided to form a modest fee for every use
of this service, so that the world is not plundered completely of important
relics used to replace broken runestones.

* recall is prevented completely in Darkhaven
* recalling with adrenaline in/around Valour leads to Valour
* nexus aligning is no longer free for own hometowns

Ok so the idea is, you have to run a little further before you can recall, to address some of these stalemates we've been seeing, like just raiding a cabal and wording over and over, trying to wear it down while the other side uses a cure spell. Or with Justice, just word and instant safety. With this involved, there's more chance people actually striking a blow each other on a cabal raid, and of course, being able to run fast will be a more important talent to have at your command. I wanted to extend the problematic areas a little further than just outside the gates of the towns ..hence underdark is all no-recall (you have the dragon sea, but that place is annoying, and dankbark is long) and areas around Valour are affected (river wood's kinda short anyway, which I'm guessing will be the most popular direction to run in). Obviously the nexus thing was way past overdue.

One thing that might have slipped by in the note is the dragon-magi it talks about. Those are some new mobs near Valour that carry some stuff for goods/neutrals. Its to make Seringale neutral tasking a little more annoying, and lightwalker tasking a little less annoying.

Maybe this is a stupid idea but to nullify the effects of this one could kill whatever power is causing it? Example kill dragonmagi or whatever to make recall in/near valour possible? I mean its not really a big deal but it would make sense to me.
