This special class is difficult to play well, meaning I'm not going to be bothering with anybody who hasn't first had a decent 50. This should help me to let down people that are applying with nice RP but I really just need to say no to them, for the class's own sake.
If you think about the previous vamps that failed, this addition would have disqualified all of the hopeless ones. There were a few that didn't do so great but they did get a gank or two here and there, and those were the guys that had 50s. So that's my main motivation for leaving it as 50's only.
You can read this new line as, if you haven't had a combatative level 50, then you can't have a vamp. |

how do you know if a person has had a decent lvl 50 pker if they change addresses?  |

| I wouldn't trust someone with a class like vampire if I didn't know their reputation, that's kind of the point here. Same could go for cabal leaders, really. |

Which of course someone isn't going to abandon all their characters if they move... but it must still be hard to keep track of their reputations when they do. I've moved atleast seven times since I started playing AR. Makes me think- Are all my caballed characters and fifties forgotten?
Because that's alot of work for the imms to do- look back at all the characters that you've played by looking at characters that played at the same place one of your current characters played at like four years ago. |

| "I have all these deleted 50's, can I have a vamp?" is not a convincing argument anyway. In fact, I don't see why people who have moved or whatever can't just keep something 50 that moves around their new IP's with them. Unless they're trying to hide their identity, which I don't care about especially, but doing that is not going to help get that person a vamp. |

| so i was reading up on the new vampire and legion helpfiles and i noticed that legion doesn't say no vamps anymore. does this mean that they will be able to join legion again? |
