Overdue revamp, in some opinions. Here we go.

Behavioral Regulations of Heralds
---------------------------------
In keeping with their day to day activities, as all Therans, Heralds must
face the dangers of hostile interactions as they weave their way through
the populace in search of their stories. In accordance with their
livelihood in pursuit of Truth and History, they swear upon induction to
follow a path of neutrality in their actions, condemning neither Light
nor Dark. With the allegiance to the pen also comes the responsibility of
carrying the reputation of Heralds on their shoulders. This involves
avoiding unnecessary warfare, particularly with members of cabals.
In short, PK is allowed on the same level as uncaballed, with the following
restrictions:
- Think as if you were "neutral" - that is, PK only with a GOOD roleplay
reason. As in, "So-and-so killed me, time to get his goat!" and not
"Three million years ago, that arse killed my grandfather!"
- NO RAMPAGES. Not even if you're a berserker. Or crazy. Or both.
- No raiding cabals. Period.
If any of these are broken in any way whatsoever, you will be uninducted
on the spot. So don't even think about it. |

Fight:
Centre of the Arena
The halls of the arena extend all around you, high enough to be difficult
to climb and to provide a vantage point for spectators to watch from. On
the walls is the blood of past warriors who have won and lost here. Many
markings from the clashing of steel upon them have been buried deep into
their stonework. The floor is bare and basic, designed solely to provide
the most basic needs of combat. The iron gates of the arena are to the
south. Hallways lead off in all the other directions.
[Exits: north east (south) west]
A squashy looking goat stands here looking depressed.
(Blue Aura) Noliperus is standing here.
(Polka Dot Aura) Sifia is standing here.
Vanisse is resting on a squashy goat.
Vanisse waves a flag. One, two, three, GO!!
Noliperus utters the words, 'pzrrghcandusaw'.
The ground erupts as Sifia is caught in a searing beam of arcane light.
Like a tidal wave, a roar of sound quickly grows to fill the room and then suddenly silences.
Sifia's leading shot bounces off Noliperus' protective shield.
Noliperus utters the words, 'yawuruabra'.
A striped kitten appears from thin air.
Sifia gasps in astonishment.
Sifia says 'Kitten!'
Noliperus grins evilly.
Sifia says 'You wouldn't.'
Noliperus says 'On the contrary, I rather think, in fact, that I would.'
Noliperus NEWBIE lectures: 'Greetings, young adventurers, I am Noliperus Dag, Mystic of Arcana. Should you have any questions regarding this world, please do not hesitate to ask them of me.'
Sifia screams in agonizing pain as her form slenderizes into that of an ocelot. (Or something.)
Sifia extends her retractable claws.
Sifia says 'Go to hell, Mystic!'
Noliperus gets a leather bounded book, titled 'The Theran Mystique, Volume 6 Issue 1' from a Big Ol' Pack Sack.
Noliperus squats and drops his load.
Noliperus pulls a page out of the Mystique with a slow rrrrrrrrip.
Noliperus yells 'Help! I am being assaulted by a cat-monster-Herald!'
Sifia's claw mauls Noliperus.
Sifia's bite mauls Noliperus.
Sifia's fleas infest Noliperus.
Noliperus begins scratching himself madly.
Noliperus wipes his behind with a page of the Mystique.
Noliperus scratches his fleas.
Noliperus utters the words, 'ipwnzu'.
A striped kitten enlarges suddenly and turns into Zaikkra.
Noliperus scratches his fleas.
Zaikkra summons a fuzzy pink bunny.
Zaikkra summons a fuzzy pink bunny.
Zaikkra summons a fuzzy pink bunny.
Zaikkra summons a fuzzy pink bunny.
Zaikkra summons a fuzzy pink bunny.
Zaikkra summons a fuzzy pink bunny.

Noliperus' fleas infest a mass of fuzzy pink bunnies.
Noliperus scratches his fleas.
