event command updated

Not sure who has the privilige of using it, but for those for whom
this is applicable,you can now more easily set an event date.

event date

example, if i typed event date 7 7, it would schedule my event for march
25 at 7am.

I will add an argument for minutes on request..I dont really
think we are going to need it.

I think 7 7 would make it the 25th at seven because it's (days from now) (hour).

So if you did 6 7 it would be the 24th at 7. Or 6 14 would be the 24th at 2pm?
