format of racial legacies is:

2 per class
1 that is lost upon hitting level 50, that helps PK
1 that is kept and minorly cool

ex. h-elf ranger
foresthaven: camo without adrenaline until 50
woodcrafting: bow

Classes that need rl's for h-elf are: healer, illusionist, shadow, thief, monk

op suggestion for half-elf ills, they can duplicate any mob regardless of align

the illus one that falls off at 50 could be ability to dupe higher ranked mobs than the player, or some idea like that.

The dupe ones a pretty good start, it gets straight to the point. I assume those kind of "legacy" dupes would be easier to dispel or pop with aoe's or something, since they wouldnt go higher than 49. So wouldnt be too bad.

What about if they could, as a permanent new spell, have the ability to send their mirrors off walking in a given direction, with a real chance to 'charm person' and lead somebody walking away with them? Or, we could just make that a new spell for all illusionists, and make half-elf have the advantage of being able to do it for longer distances? since they are more charming

Please keep those ideas rolling in. Remember, the sooner we finalize half-elf racial legacies, the sooner we can all enjoy that boosted training.

half elf monks in their ingenuity can create more powerful beads. maybe have them able to make higher tier beads with less mana. still having it cap at 450 or what ever it does, but they can get there faster. or maybe even let them go one passed the cap

half-elf illusionist op that they lose at 50 could be that they get access to all their mirrors before 50, have them just get one extra, than at 50 they just have normal

Half-elf shadow has something in already, if I'm not mistaken. We never officially "released" it because of the then upcoming changes to shadow class.

I believe it is the lesser of the legacies that still works at 50. Half-elf shadows can 'vanish' and reappear further away than other shadows.

Also, keep in mind not all the "op" ones disappear at 50. Some just only work against higher level opponents like lucky strike.

Half-elf healer: (drawing inspiration from greginsham tune or whatever)

When a half-elf healer is fighting a significantly advantaged opponent, each melee attack that hits the half-elf has a chance to heal it by like 1hp when it's below 40% hp or something

Half-elf thief: two hands

A half elf thief can attempt to steal two items at the same time from sleeping opponents. E.g. "Steal purple,purple nycticora" would attempt to steal two purples with one command

Maybe this could apply just to items that someone has multiples of in their inventory

half elf monk can engrave tattoo to armor so the bonus is not covered up

half-elf ill loses it at 50 but similar to life blood, but for hp they sap mana for hp

A master of escape, thieves severely injured have a high chance to flee from combat with no lag time. This could be pre 50 and just works every time or a perm legacy where the escape chance raises with level

do monks really need a legacy?

Half elves being so cunning are able to heal as though they'd casted cure continual without using the spell. Stops at 50

Totally agree with Ozaru, wasn't sure where to put it, but that is what I loved most about beads, and I was pretty sure I have yet to see it.....wasn't sure if removed or not.

Half-elf Thief: Too Charming - upon failing to steal an item from an advantaged opponent, while the victim is awake, half-elf thieves have a chance to charm their way out of trouble. Result: Half-elf thief steals, fails, roll to charm, if it succeeds the victim shrugs it off and can't attack the half-elf for a few seconds (enough time to get away).

Half-elf Healer: Even the Gods - Gods have been known to dally among mortals and those dalliances most often occur with the most charming and lovely of creatures, half-elves. Because of this, those half-elves who ask for aid in dire situations receive powerful curatives. Result: Half-elf healers commune healing at one higher level than their current rank.
