Illusionists should have a spell that generates fury in the target. This spell should have aggro implications the same way Haste and Slow do. Passive for grouped targets but aggro for non-grouped.
It should be castable on non-berserkers and should be able to enrage non-berserkers if their fury gauge fills.
This spell should be more effective on targets affected by berserk and frenzy.
Thieves and bards should get a lesser version of this as a "provoke" skill which is not usable against teammates.
There should be a cursed item that auto-casts this spell on self in combat. |

I don't disagree that there may be a place for a spell like this, but I also think that this concept could be tied to the existing blur spell. There's already a mechanic where zerkers get pissed off when they miss an attack, and we could make missing because of blur REALLY piss them off. |

Then you wouldn't be able to infuriate your groupmates or people affected by berserk or frenzy. I was thinking of a mental spell that affects the chemical balance in your brain and makes you angry, not a trick that annoys you. |

You meant like holy wraith or whatever it is called but for illusionists.
What illusionists really need is the retreat skill that rangers have, so I can step back and stop staining the ground with my purplish blood. I would gladly take dodge as well. |

No, I meant specifically "increase the fury gauge". Not "fill the gauge completely", not a damage increase or buff of any kind. Just add to it, make the affected character more furious if the save is failed. If this causes the gauge to max, send the character into rage. |
