The golden road:
- typing 'where ' now sets a gold path showing the shortest way
to that. note that this can be caused by some quests although is
not going to work on your fellow players.

This seems very intuitive. I wonder if it will lead you around dangerous mobs or into them. |

The path goes gray when the mob moves, so if something is tracking you it is hard to find. Is this intentional? |

We've been talking about that actually. There is also a "do_look" formatted exits which some people want to turn off. Some people turn off room descriptions completely.
The objection I had is you won't find these features if they've been turned off (you won't bother to ever look for them), but its been made a bit easier with the addition of the config command.
Its not back-burnered at all, I was just busy with work. |
