So can Keeper actually use his/her own common sense and attack people even if they are not yet deathmarked? I thought it was made very strict, that there's a whole system in place when keeper can only participate in cabal warfare and/or kill people. That's what made them so boring in my book. Soldier life's always the worst

I use to fight people for picking on the heralds even though they didn't have a deathmark. I also would pick a fight with the most dominate cabal, hands down that is justice right now.
