fighting rangers is all about bait you want to force him into using a bow because he only has two defenses at that point and if you are using a spear it cuts his dodge. Start the fight spear shield javelin, if he dual wields and disarms you, he is lagged and you can switch to a bow and pwn. Problem is your weapons are on the ground and hopefully he hasn't dirted you. If you get baited into dual wield double grip your spear and use reflex and kick the crap out of him. Ive always wanted to try this with a warrior, but it always works in my head than in mud life.
