Vebjorn: Use piercing weapons against a Jotun, you'd have ended that fight at 50% if you had. Also, pay attention to your own aura dropping, that could have saved you a lot as well. While you might have won, that fight could have gone either way.
Grmillius: If someone walks in attacks you, have a recall potion in your inventory. Flee and quaff it. There is no reason to let someone get the drop on you and then let them maintain that advantage, unless you have a hell of an equipment advantage.

On the way in, Vebjorn ran into the black magician, a really nasty cat moving in those mines. I yelled for Vebjorn to run, but he did not falter in his task. I could have used a recall and ran away, but he had started his crusade and came all the way to the mine to visit.
Purple river runs dry - not all places can one summon more potions, across that void and around that mine you cannot summon them. I only had a couple purples, that is my bad, my stock pile goes in waves. I drank one when he started coming down the mine, but then he left, so it faded, Vebjorn returns, is coming fast, I drink my last purple, here we go, then the black magician slows him down. After all that I figured I was about to be forced that oath and I appreciated the effort.
I really need to stockpile more, I drink those potions exploring and end up running low.
Vebjorn accidentally finished me off when I was downed, it is easy to do because people wimpy flee, so maybe requiring another command like “execute” or “coup de gra” for downed people might fix that.
Vebjorn also did not destroy all my items, he is my favorite Knight so far...
