The dwarf is a traveler. The dust of the road gives him and his belongings a tan hue, making his tan skin seem pale and his foot-long black beard seem gray. Instead of hair, his head is decorated in runes and geometric patterns. They cover his shaved head and most of his face - even his eyelids. Unlike many of his kin, his beard does not cover his cheeks, allowing more room for the patterns. Whether the designs are painted on or tattooed on, you cannot tell.
