From my earliest years I can remember working alongside my grandfather in
his shop. It was a place of such magic to me! The various fabrics and
leathers and asundry fillings. I was taught how to carefully stitch the
socks into long tubes, be they the very sturdy varieties or those made more
flimsy and used only for study. But, the most important lesson was how to
fill the socks. Most people just don't realize the importance of a correct
filling!! You can put nearly anything in a headsock of course, but knowing
the correct properties of the filling to fulfill the needed task is very
important. An example of this knowing just how to fill a headsock to put
the biggest fire giant in timeout; one needs a mixture of crushed up icicle
daggers and a sock that is able to keep in the cold. My grandfather passed
these secrets to me in the hopes I would use them to keep myself safe. His
teachings have worked well so far we shall see what the future holds.
Description:
This small man looks extremely jovial, as a wickedly white smile
stretches from ear to ear. Bright blue eyes look like they could easily
captivate, as they glitter in a most intriguing manner with the light. His
slightly unkempt hair, a bright golden wheat color of brown, looks as if it
will blow lightly in the slightest of winds so fine is its texture. This
coif barely covers his extremely large ears, easily poking through the
myriad of light curls. He looks like he could possibly blend in to nearly
all environments. The slight oddity about this man, is that he has very
random things strapped to his feet; likely due to their large size. They
are absolutely huge!
