Cirem is made up entirely of tree-like material that resembles a tangle of thin vines with a trunk and branches that are split into a humanoid shape. He stands in rather short for a treant at only five foot tall, most of his kin are around the seven foot mark. Cirem is considered a vine treant and is able to bend his form into a human-like face with a working mouth and eyes. He senses are magical and are not projected from those features. Cirem's face resembles somewhat of a primal totem pole. Cirem does not have complete control over the way his bark and branches grow, and he is badly in need of a good trimming. When Cirem speaks his leaves and branches move in the same direction as his chiseled mouth, which draws attention from his face.
