I've said this countless times before - "cheaters" view the Immortals of AR all wrong. If you went to Winter with six friends, best IRL friends, and went AFK you would get kicked ruthlessly from group. Nobodys in the wrong there, its just how groups of people behave. What then did you expect from staff members of a PK mud? Usually Imms have previously been the best at pk, little time for play being the main reason they hung it up.
Well, incase you didnt know, we have rage-banned countless players for very little reason, sometimes no more than there were 65 other people playing and having to deal with multiple cheaters cussing at us at the same time was too much for 2-3 people to cope with. Its a lot slacker than it was.
Don't bother "deifying" the Imms of AR. None of us are perfect. Its just people. Many of whom have tried to help you all out so much and seen so little in return that its driven them quite crazy. I mean shit, Merlandox. Not to throw shade or anything, but aren't you one of those guys who was hoarding over 500 rares in a 2 man clique just a few months ago, and when caught just gloated? Yo im not going to lie nycticora is the one who ALWAYS usually hammers me and its been a LONG time and i plan to keep the streak going since i got in trouble for cheating. I like the better outlook people have on my characters in general and i get better feed back and idk i feel like since ive stopped cheating i enjoy the game even more because i actually have earned some cool shit like being called the executioner of legion. a tattoo from an immortal. ive earned tenor without cheating there is an actual benefit not to just the game but yourself as a player.

A level 25 decked with end game rares, 40/40 hit/dam and 300 ac is not fun for the other lowbies getting steamrolled by you. We're trying to attract and retain new players, not drive them away by 2 rounding them in pvp.

In this specific scenario, your character (Dwiewyth) broke the rules by funnelling high-end rares to Ivindel's lowbie 25 ranks your junior (Dunearn) in blatant OOC fashion. Ivindel broke the rules by accepting said wares from you. I understand your feeling my freezing of you was unfair, and that is your right. To leverage your North Korea analogy, do you think Kim would allow a repeat offender caught red-handed time to feign innocence? No, he would have site banned you both last year when you broke the same rules. Please note that this punishment of denying both these characters was discussed among the Imms before it was delivered, and also to be clear neither you nor Ivindel's accounts (nor the IP subnet you share) were going to be banned. This was a simple case of denying the two characters caught in the middle of multi'ing. The fact that you both went apeshit and deleted all but one of your 50s is a repercussion you brought upon yourself, and frankly I'm sorry to see it happen because we like having you both in our community AS LONG AS YOU DON'T FUCKING CHEAT.
I think it’s pretty easy to forget that this game is 100% free and the staff here doesn’t get paid. I get wanting to cheat, I do, how nice would it be to shove it down <insert character here>’s throat that I bent them over and had my way with them. At that same though have you ever kept interest in a game that you’ve used cheat codes on? Baldur’s Gate 2 and Icewind Dale never got beaten because I got bored after enabling the cheats.
