A crystalized being stands before you puffing out his chest in pride. His entire body is blue and almost looks to be see through but isn't quite. No hair sits on top of his head instead an icy spike protrudes up giving him a cone shaped head. Upon meeting his gaze you see two dark blue eyes scan the area. His breathe shows condensation and the ground around his feet seems to freeze slightly as he walks.
