The long arm of the law

Kallex grew up in a regular firegiant clan, bloodshed and fighting for top dog without much order was common amongst these brutes. Growing up Kallex always heard the stigmas of his kind, all brawn and no brain. He felt that he could help implement a more orderly society amongst his people with laws and regulations. Once he brought his idea to his elder chieftan he was laughed at and shunned from the clan, not out right banished but the laughing stock of his people. He swore up and down to his elder chieftan that if his people could organise in this simple fashion they could do anything. Perhaps even take over Serin. After sometime without success he decied he was going to move on from his small village and migrate to the bigger cities where order and justice could be found. Moving to seringale he made his way to the temples to pray when he ran across a posting that read CITY LAWS!!! He read into these laws studying them with a heightened interest and a yerning to adhere to them as best he could. One day he ran into Dagnir making his runs who he stopped and asked him about his duty as a law enforcer. Dagnir spoke highly of the Justices who seek out criminals and enforce the laws of each city. Kallex asked him what he must do to be one of the prestiguous law enforcers and he said to send a application. Kallex did that exact thing hoping to prove to even his own kind that the long arm of the law can reach the brutest of all creatures.
