Latorta may be the biggest Halfling you've ever seen. His limbs seem
short and stubby for his size. His girth appears overstuffed and bursting
at the seams. His equally bulbous cheeks are smeared with some sort of
green residue. A broad reddish nose rests under his large auburn eyes. He
has a tawny complexion and appears clean shaven. A tuft of greasy dark
brown hair adorns his head.
