Lokin never knew his parents and this has always been a sore spot in his
life. You could say that Lokin uses this anger in combat and takes this
resentment out on his foes. Lokin has a might makes right mentality. Lokin
was born into a broken family and has learned how to take care of himself on
his own. At first, he was raised by his uncle who was a famous warrior.
His uncle would often be gone for months at a time. When his uncle returned
from his trips, he would often hear of the great battles that he had
participated in throughout Serin. From these stories, Lokin learned that if
you want something in life you take it. Beggars should be dealt with by a
knife to the throat. He also learned that the weak will always cower and
the best way to handle the weak is to crush them in combat. Lokin yarned
for the time that he could go also go on these trips, because he hungered
for the taste of combat. Lokin spends most of his time learning about
combat and how he can get better in all aspects of combat. He knows that he
can trust in his ability and that fights are won on the battlefields.
Description:
A hefty sized duergar stands over you with rather blank scrutiny on his
face. His gaze is to size you up for battle, because this warrior looks as
if he has no fear in this world. Clad in dull steel armor, his mass is
consumed by rippling muscles and palpitating veins. His skin is stained the
color of black coal with many scars all over his body from what looks like
combat. Some of the wounds are so deep that most normal combatants could
not have sustained such injuries. The pupil of his eyes burn like the sun
and his gaze pierces into the soul, penetrating as sharply as a newly forged
blade. A stocky neck leads into a frame that could easily overwhelm most of
his kind, but he is somehow able to carry himself with a force and power
unseen from any before. The overall stature of this duergar radiates the
sense that confidences as he struts away from you.
