Title: the Holy Shaman Gender: Male Level: 50 Class: humanshaman
Background history:
Description:
Soft chanting slowly fills the air with a feeling of dread unlike
anything you've felt before as this man slowly paces back and forth. His
head has been shaved and all that remains is a darkened tinge. Sinister
blue eyes have been darkened with coal which stretch across his temples in
intricately woven patterns. High set sunken cheeks and a sharply hooked
nose rest just above a set of thin crimson lips and a narrow jaw. His body
is emaciated and atrophied, the skin a pale dusky pallor and various
diseases can be seen pockmarked throughout its entirety. He appears to be
more of a fanatic than an average priest of the dark brotherhood as a glint
of madness reflects in his eyes from within his soul.
OK, so who is trying to make the perfect Human Shaman?
Isn't this like the 3rd of that combo to delete in the last few days that was less than a week into the char?

It is. 4th is ranking as we speak. Someone's on a mission.

with 0 xp penalty, you could probably rank up a new one pretty much every other day

I think my last ever mortal PK was a level 40 emerald forest shaman pk on some crappy guy. Whoever it was blew up with such amazing butthurt over it, OOC tells etc, and rage delete. I immediately wished I'd never done it. Looking back though, I should have definitely multi-killed that dumbass. My point is, if you see someone deleting as 0-1, that guy is getting off the hook for lack of skills way too lightly.
Fire giant shamans are probably better right now if you have the patience to endure the training. Enhanced damage ftw.

I think they used to have 1 round weapon ward and 2 round protective shields and no mana. Is that not still the case?

The perfect shaman is the 1 prac fire shaman. There has been a few in the past that definitely deserved HoE.

Quar is the only fire shaman I remember and he was legion so took full advantage of medic scrolls and defenders.

Clerics no longer have weapon ward. But yeah, fire giants have terrible wisdom and intelligence. What they really have going for them now is the potential to hit hard and use oversized weapons.

Garbage fail kids will find a way to mess anything up. But it really is hard to not have some measure of success with a fire giant shaman. That's probably one of the easiest 50's I ever made, so I mades multiple of that one. I think everyone overlooks fire giant shamans unti they see one. Its a fire giant which can sanc itself. That legit scares people. Also, all you'll have to do is slobber occasionally and people will think your RP is godly for some reason. Maybe because they just expect absolute nothing. Easy HoE.

idk, I think they suck. A fire giant has more opportunity to pick up kills but is less survivable than other shamans. I guess it's good that different class/race combos are attractive to different player types though

Its worth dealing with the defensive drawbacks to be able to roleplay a flat earther cleric with the correct int for the job.
Wasn't there an Ug or something that was in mystics that was a fire giant shaman? I am pretty sure there was. I seem to remember her carrying around a stuffed animal or something.

I think he was a drow, I don't think a fire giant could keep spells up for as long as he did. We used to stand in north square faerie fogging each other and daring justices to fine us for days

He was a drow. He used to kill me, because I had a sleeping bag, hug it and claim they were his children.
Also, he was the Mayor of Seringale.

The guy playing Ug was very skilled veteran player. He was also a mystic, so he had about 1million mana as a drow shaman.
