Melzzyndra was led, along with her mother, sister and restrained father,
to the center of the square. Dodging rotten fruit and other objects, they
were halted just before a raised platform. Two men-at-arms ushered three of
them back towards the bloodthirsty crowd while her father continued up to
the iron manacles that were bolted to the front of the platform. With calm
efficiency, her father was set in position and ready for his inevitable
judgment.
The fading sunlight glistened the length of the prodigious, moralistic
inscribed, broadsword as the executioner raised it high. Melzzyndra was
deafened by the thunderous roar of the crowd and it echoed inside her head
like the pounding of the Dragon Sea waves. Time stopped. The moment that
was a mere blink of an eye seemingly lasted for hours, days. The blade
cocked back further in the hand of the executioner. The ground trembled
beneath her feet. Wide eyed, Melzzyndra watched as the muscles in the lean
arms holding the broadsword twitched with anticipation of the coming blow.
The Justiciar stood to the rear, in his red velvet robes, the long, curly
black beard hanging to the middle of his broad chest. Several gold and
bejewelled rings glittered on his finders as the mad grin curled his lips.
His pearly white teeth sparkled like diamonds in the light.
"Behead him", he said.
And with that, the sword swung down quickly and true. "Justice!" Was
the call from the maddened crowd, but it fell on Melzzyndra's deaf ears.
She stood there and watched her father's head roll across the platform and
stop. She felt no shock, no sadness, no grief; any of which she could
easily have been forgiven for feeling. No. She was washed with an
overwhelming feeling of reverence. Immediately her thoughts became immersed
in sublime thirst for power and an uncontrollable wish to be the death
bringer.
Went to Drkshtyre woods wearing 81 male saves, counting on being a drow where helpfile says they are resistant to sleep (charm) and sleep is indeed a charm based spell as it's helpfile states as well. Also had misty potions, tons of gyvels ready and I had made a mob aggro before whom I summoned few rooms away, knowing if I get slept, it will track me quickly and wake me up.
What are the odds, I got slept instantly, mob came, woke me up. I thought it's all chill, sleep was supposed to have delay right? Nope, it doesn't, so 10 rooms away I get slept AGAIN. This time he managed to summon me away from me the mob. Into random newbie place that just happened to have door that was no_pass.
Well, being ghoul touched, it is almost impossible to get out of places with doors when there's someone with a clue closing it. With full spellup after sleep, it is not much you can to do fight back as everyone knows.
So basically, both my deaths are because of instant sleeps through high male saves + supposed racial resist. Fed up, game's boring, wait for a proper fight all day and get wizkilled by one bad-luck RNG.
TL;DR Not really interested in playing russian roulette.
The reason why I don't have [JUSTICE] tag, is that after another death to sleep, I tried to ragedelete, got locked out. Then outed my char on IRC by venting about drow's useless racial resist. (Getting slept 3 times in a row, Draccus and Uvet 2x through high saves and supposed innate resistance really flipped me off).
Sometimes it's better to ragedelete than just keep playing while already bored of the character and just ruin everything what it ever was even if you played it for a short while.
I felt horribly bored as a Justice with all the carebearing going on, shitty death was just a nail in the coffin.
Tried my best and Im thankful for the opportunity and thankful to the people whom I interacted with, because I think it was fairly obvious that it could be my character but they did not discriminate me based on personal hatred. Even ranix' char was possible to RP and enjoy time together with. So kudos for that and especially ranix for being a mature adult finally :P
You really shouldn't even try to fight a necro who has had time to prep -- there is no winning that fight without numbers. Also carry teleport pills, that would have saved you
If you want to own a necro, you're probably best off as a ninja or thief. Probably the only way really
Also nyc since it's not a problem if I see something not on the bug list and abuse it it's not a problem right since it's not on the bug list and not a bug? Or is what u said totally stupid af?

I suppose this is also not a bug? And killing Krug lev 50 vs 50 not appearing on +1 kill as class killed because Triton got last hit is a bug neither, ok.
@ottif: if there is no bug report there is no problem. It literally does not exist. If you want it to exist, you're going to have to make a bug report. Otherwise I'm going to assume you're crazy, insane, or both.
Maybe if you played this guy for longer than 5 minutes you would have had time to actually have fun with him. One death to Uvet to lose the Stetson and all the other gear you ganked from Deimus and you throw in the towel, that is weak. So is trying to blame it on the Imms for "bugs" that led to your giving in. You're too bloodthirsty and dirty to play anything other than a Legion so don't bother with Justice.
also I would almost guarantee the reason you didn't get credit is compulsion wore off before it killed him? That would break the connection between the two I would think?
Well I think you are all hilarious, getting all worked up over nothing, but I do agree with Nycticora - as far as bugs go, if it isn't in the issue list, then it isn't an issue. That's actually something I've said repeatedly as well myself, and as as the one who originally said it, there's obviously nobody who believes and understands that any better than I do. I don't mind, and actually often do enter bugs myself, but it is legitimately a waste of my time that could have been focused on just fixing them.

Criticizing the immortals for not dealing with unreported bugs (which also includes improperly reported bugs) is, quite frankly, very stupid. The Immortals are all already working very hard to make this game bug-free. Its important that this work is tracked so that they get the recognition they deserve for doing that. So, please stop cheating them out of it. Entering them into the issue tracker is also the only way the bugfix message will get announced (i.e. displayed on the "motd"). If that wasn't a feature which I didn't think was essential I would not have coded it.
Locking thread here, as has already derailed enough from the original topic and he requested this. As far as my opinion of that character, I will just say I did not think it was a bad character in any way up until the flare-out. We appreciate the effort and are stoked about the mushclient plugin which I am now playing AR with. Add affects pls.

It's one thing to report a bug; it's another thing entirely to shit talk the entire game but then turn around and literally beg to play it.
