The face of Merial is ageless, neither old nor young, in it is written
the memory of affliction, misery and sorrow. His long and tangled hair
is unnaturally dark, like the shadows of twilight, and within it a streak
of platinum almost as if painted on. His eyes are a deep red, matching
the blood that seeming flows endlessly from his pores. In them a pale
light that seems to reflect the pain he so obviously must endure.
