You see before you a decrepit being. It appears as though it is, or was at some point, a member of the race known as Illithid. It appears to have the usual bulbous head structure, and the tentacles instead of hands and feet. Although, its overall complexion is very different from most Illithid, having a dry and light grey complexion as opposed to a darker and more slimy texture and color. It appears to have what looks like scars all over its exposed flesh, but for the most part they all seem quite old. Old might be a great description of this being overall, its eyes sunken very far into its rotting head, this thing appears to be fighting time itself.
