Description:
Icy blue from head to toe, this impish creature is almost devilish in
appearance. It has a pair of tiny black horns on top of its small head. It
has a pair of thin, transparent wings which almost look like a fly's wings.
Its hands have long fingernails jutting out. It has a pair of stumpy legs
leading into what might be considered hooves. Also, it has a long, bent
nose. The air around it appears to be chilled.
