Idea behind this weird creature was to become a Ratling, therefore the fucked up desc:

"disguised" - various slimy tentacles have been stitched onto his body
resembeling of an Illithid. A long set of sticky feelers, still twitching
profoundly, as if they have a life of their own have been grafted onto his
chin. Stretched to cover almost his entire face is the still wet skin of
some subterranean creature. Jarring out from his mouth are two long fleshy
antennas of a snake, their placement locked over his existing teeth with
fishing hooks that pierce his gums. A firm collar seems to support and
cover his slender neck, as the added props take their toll in weight. His
original hair has been completely removed and replaced with some greasy
purple-toned liquid, lightly stained with blood and smeared directly onto
his skull. His eyes have been untouched, their cloudy gray color in a
glazed stare as he admires his surroundings. His armor, which also seems to
hide a long rat-like tail fits his body fashion, patched together from the
fallen in battle with no apparent care for matching attire but only to fully
cover the rest of his body. His hands have been completely replaced with
two enormous tentacles, cut off from a largest squid of ocean's depths.
