The seeking monk...
Across the great seas of the expanse, Temur was born. He was born to a pair of fishermen hunting the great expanse of the ocean for survival. Life was hard, living day by day on their daily catch from the oceans. Everyday, his hardworking father would travel a long way to a nearby trading post to trade their fish for some small measure of gold so that they could get by. A tough life they lead. Near the fishing village, at the top of the mountains, there lies a monastary, tended by an old serene monk that teaches daily to the fishermen. As a young boy, Temur travelled daily to the monastary and spoke to the old monk, relishing in his wisdom and the stories of his vast travels and experience. It seems that the old monk had once served in the armies which battled consistently through the ages. Finally sick of the slaughter and his desire for peace and serenity, he has settled into this small fishing village. Speaking of to the old monk, he learned the many things that most people had not seen in the world. He spoke of great battles raging through the world. He spoke of the dark army sweeping through the land and the Knights pledging themselves to uphold the light, standing against the dark armies and stemming their slaughter. He spoke of the gods, guiding, spurring their legions to war. Over time, Temur felt a sense of kinship to the old monk and learned from him the ways of the mind. For many years, he trained under the old monk. Temur then asked the old monk, "Why should evil exist? Why were there people willing to follow the banner of darkness and do battle against the light?" The old monk answered, explaining that one can not answer for the desires of another. Instead you must search your own heart and mind to answer the questions of good and evil. Then came a time of passing. His parents passed away due to a rare sickness that fishermen's contract from the oceans. Although rarely seen, it was deadly, and in a short time, his parents passed away. Sensing his link to the village broken, nothing held him back and Temur left the village to travel the world. Seeking to find his answer of life and death, good and evil...

Description:

A man stands before you. His scalp is bald, with no traces of hair and gleams as light shines upon it. Tattooed unto the centre of his scalp are six dots arranged like what you would see upon the face of a die. Below his well trimmed eyebrows, are his eyes. His pupils are an intense green. His nose is sharp, and below it his moustache extends into a well trimmed beard. He is clothed in a piece of orange cloth which is loosely fitted at the limbs. Extending diagonally from his left shoulder, he wears a red cloth sash, on which golden criss cross patterns are embroided. Around his waist, he wears a matching red sash that binds his entire constume together. On his feet, he wears what seems to be like cloth sandals which provide minimum protection to the feet. You observe his well toned muscles from what is exposed of his hands and feet. He has a well trained build that of a fighter, and numerous scars on his brown toned skin suggest that he has been in many fights. You can't help but notice his peculiar pointed ears, which suggest blood of elven origin.

  1. from my experience. monks are right shitty against a fire giant warrior. I didn't even need to switch weapons, just dual wield maces and not one monk stood a chance and I had 6 monk kills over 5 different monks. I don't think I should have even stood a chance against you, the first time I beat you, I was marked and at war, so pretty sure you should have just destroyed me. Just one of those bad matchups you still came out with a decent record. looking forward to the next char

Actually that is not true. It's difficult but i lost because i made stupid mistakes. The first fight i did not see the abduct. I was at 500+ hp and you were at pretty hurt. I didnt want you to escape so i went monkey thinking i could heal even if i took huge damage. Only after taking like 4 rounds did i realize i was in the rift. By then it was too late. So yeah, it was my mistake. I wanted to fight you a second time but well, rugorn's hellstream was destroying me. 2nd fight was just a gank. After 2 full loots in a row it got too shitty to farm taijis anymore. So yeah not a prob.
