A young fisherman back home, Trarel only tried to survive.
He would bring his fish into town to sell for a gold coins.
Living off the land, Trarel learned to bide his time.
He would sing while he worked, chopping wood and fishing.
One day when Trarel was angry at a local merchant,
He decided to yell at him for not paying him a fair deal.
He gave him a mere two gold coins for a full days work of
fishing and chopping wood and bringing water back to his home.
Trarel shrieked and busted the shopkeepers ears. Trarel was
escorted to the city limits and told to leave town immediately.
Local law enforcement was told he was a local vagrant and would be
attacked on sight if found within city limits.
Trarel, sad and confused, was forced to leave home and find a new life.
Stumbling upon a road, he ran into a local wizard who clothed him, fed him,
and taught him a song that would alleviate the sores on his feet.
Thrown back out to the world, Trarel sung this song as he traveled up and down
mountaintops and through forests and eventually ended up swimming to a village
full of his kin. Gnomes, they called themselves and they were proud to call him kin.
