The four tentacles surrounding his bulbous head indicate without a doubt
that this individual is an illithid of Enthema, but he looks like none of
his kind you have ever seen. The pristine robes and magical regalia
normally preferred by the mind-flayers are absent from his appearance -
instead, he sports an ostentatious outfit constructed from expensive fabrics
and golden accessories. His membraneous skin is weathered and swarthy,
significantly darker than his race's typical pale sheen. But the oddest
aspect of his being is his walk, a purposeful and noisy stride that makes
his presence almost comical. Upon closer inspection, something white crusts
his face and parts of his clothing. Is that salt?
