A rather short man is before you, appearing to be a halfling. His raven colored hair and diminutive stature with no excess muscle or fat helps him to blend in with his surroundings, appearing hard to spot at first glance. His haircut is neither wild and unruly nor is it prim and proper, helping him to blend in even more with his surroundings. The left eye is covered by hair hanging down just past the lower eyelid; his eyes a dull brown in color. Slightly tanned skin covers his body, but what really stands out are the numerous scars covering his arms and legs. More concerning is the large, almost grotesque scar around the front of his neck. This scar appears to cover the area where his vocal cords are... Or should be, as he never speaks nor makes any sound when he laughs. The man's face is rather unremarkable, a stark contrast to the ghastly scars covering him, and it almost makes one wonder why his visage isn't as grizzly. A cautious look clouds his face with equally cautious movements coming from his body. The only other thing of note is a pair of simple black cloth bands wrapped around his biceps, one on each arm. They have no detail or pattern, but look rather worn from wear and age. When he smiles, it doesn't look depressed or happy or sincere... But rather as if it were an emotionless and trained response.
