Tall precipices test your sense of balance as they jut down into the
fair and rolling valley below. A narrow trail along the top of the ledges
are strewn with dangerous pitfalls, but the grassy valley is safe and is
populated by a number of elves. A good ranking area for evil and neutral
groups, this area is lined with elven scouts on lookout for intruding evils.
Some wizened elven elders have even taken residence in the valley itself,
building homes in the middle of the valley. Stick with the low ground if
you're unfamiliar with the area. Ranking groups should be composed of
travelers past the fifth rank.
