Moving this idea that Dav wanted to have a deep dive into. Looking for ways to generate gold for level range of approximately 35.

Maybe work with Adanion or someone who has a bounty system, sort of like an NPC assassin contract system, but it's all mob vs. mob.

Would it make sense to have this tied to pk for a particular level? Good kill evil for x amount of cash and vice versa. Neutral could kill either. Add in a 24 hour timer.

This would be more situational, requiring others within your pk range. Perhaps for a slightly inflated amount of cash.

As a separate idea you could have a race of sorts where a character is given x amount of time to make it through y amount of areas, or perhaps make it to an area they haven't been before, encouraging exploration.

currently, it looks for mobs with unique names that are up to 10 levels under your level. i capped this at level 35 so they wouldnt get too tough for level 50s. we dont want people to end up needing to use all their potions, it would kill the point of it. good aligns dont get assigned good align mobs. it gives you a timer to complete the bounty based on your level. i'll run through some mithril golems tonight and see how it compares against spanking the mobs without scripting
i like that PK suggestion, but lets start here and build on it

I've only tried it once so far, but I was tasked with killing a fat prisoner, who is behind an unpickable locked door, and killing the key holder was impossible at my level.

Unlucky! This might be a bit shitty in low levels. Let me know how it goes around 35-40.
