Cork is an impermeable buoyant material, the phellem layer of bark tissue - Yep...wood.

I think you mean.. nope. because bark is not wood; its the surface layer over the wood. this is like saying skin = muscle. I would be fine with ironwood working just fine on bark items though

I think there is an option for "absorb" with eating pills for treants? There was something in the last patch or two which was a quality of life enhancement for treants with regards to consumables...

Problem is can grow herbs, but cannot eat herbs. Looked everywhere for a way to "Can be developed into a potion." So this may be all on me.

Absorb just puts it in the trunk, if holding or wear it. Herbs are not made to be held, so cannot do that anyways.

Can it be made into a potion? Help files say witch is the one stop shop for all potion stuff, and seems to be accurate. I only know those recipes. None of which use metallic or blood-red herbs.

If you pour a repulsive tea into a flask, with command pour repulsive flask.
Then quaff the tea from the flask, I am pretty sure its level 1 monster turning that comes out.
If quaff tea direct its 8 hours 'monster turning' if from flask 1 hour.

Please report those as bugs so they can be followed up via appropriate channels. The flask one is a good catch.

Recent update to absorb means treants should be able to benefit from edibles/pills/herbs by holding/absorbing. If something is missing a hold flag just let us know (via bug).
