I know i should have used cabal power before looting but trareli full looted me at the throne when i died so i didn't waste time.

I like your thinking, more items meaning stronger ; on the other hand, I think the Justice one should probably only affect you in Seringale, maybe the Knight one only affects you in good align areas (emerald, Valour etc). Areas it makes sense that they have influence over. Seems like a good start.
      8. Like you get the base bonus for having the winds change but get a side small bonus for being in valour. Maybe call it oppressive presence or something. It would be nice to see guards stop attacking me if I have justice item because oppressive presence causes them to fear. Something like that. I just want a little more since we have to do the work required to give EVERYONE that bonus.
      9. you could make minor guards stop attacking but dagnir and the sheriffs of each town still attack. That will balance it a little for people who are gonna hide behind dagnir
      10. My favorite part is how lowbie chars get penalized for not being able to retrieve/capture items. That's the best.

In some cases they have literally KEEPERS they don't play. So lets just see where the dust settles. I'm almost certainly going to area restrict it though when I have time to dabble.

      16. Can we just get a run down of what it actually is and who it's affecting in what way? It seems like neutrals are debuffed by legion but not buffed/debuffed by Knight. So all neutrals want Legion to lose?
        Justice is debuffing chaotics? Or everyone? It doesn't debuff lawful? Do evils get buffed by Legion? Are goods buffed by Knights? Like what exactly is all of this doing?
      17. knights inspires goods and discourages evils. (saves vs -luck, small exp boost for goods, medium exp penaltyfor evils)
        justice: lawfuls / chaotic (armor vs -luck)
        legion: evils / non-evils (damroll vs -luck, small exp boost for evils, medium exp penalty for goods)
        keeper: nothing (as you would expect for equilibrium)

        It depends on the pendulum. If we dont like it being active all the time, then it makes sense to just do some sort of reasonable duration before the items return home, although anyone can play a Keeper
        I feel I would rather add "areas of influence though" and then we can add wider influence by capping more cabal items so that you would have to cap everybody to affect the entire realm
      18. So we are okay letting Justice invade cabals again? This will hurt every opposing alignment Justice member if they can't invade without a criminal.
      19. Only one of them can be active at a time. So if Legion is winning, some Justice will hurt and some will gain, and vice versa. Only way to ensure all Justice are happy is for Justice to be winning. Which is the same as any other cabal.

        Except Warlords, which is noticeably absent in the whole dynamic.

        I'm still on the fence. I'm not saying I'm going to be outright against it until I give it a chance. But I won't lie and say I'm gung-ho exited
