Also, why use the fiery dagger in the offhand when your opponent is clearly using and going to use ice shield? Ice shield weakens the damage of fire attacks...
[reply to Ozaru]Sef 0 , 0 , 0 . Funny enough I think damroll has the exact same problem. When I killed and looted Szrevan I had pretty nice damroll. Weirdly though with that gear and damroll ~50 without rage, the damage didn't seem to be all that much higher than with rage ~65 damroll. These numbers might be off a bit but it felt like it wasn't much of a big boost.
[reply to Aelgar]The gear here aimed for fighting Szrevan (who I never got to try it against( was like ~45/33 and the plan there was to have enough hitroll to get through his defences and make up for the damroll with rage (increasing dam to ~50).
I assume there's a point where stacking more hitroll is useless. I don't know the code (unlike some people) but I would guess above 45 you don't get much of a benefit.
