Skeggi eats Falkas twice (f/ Werig Peemoo Quincy Falkas)

Invoker realms is the best game ever! Lots of fun with Peemoo, Quincy and Falkas. The night ended with Skeggi messing with Ilromie's door to see if a bug was fixed (might be a design thing not a bug) which brought her into the fray. What's worse than an ice storm when you're a fire giant? Two ice storms! That's not in the log but oh man did that hurt.

Fun thought - that would be cool if there was a #bloodbath tag or something you could add to logs that are group fights.

  1. Currently there is a bug that monks are unable to generate the energy to just chii bolt invoker barriers/shields. I think it is to do with the immunity blocking of barrier. This had fallen off my radar. Thank you for the reminder.
    1. Two things:

      1. I want to thank Peemo for letting me watch him last night! I had a blast... Everything I saw Peemo doing was logged, so the next Mystique will have a good battle report of the Peemo and Werig fights I witnessed;

      2. It looks like the recent bug of not being able to kill a Warlord you have bested in combat and they face multiple defeats as their opponent keeps trying to kill them is still present. Just noting this.

    3. Yes I know about the deathmark bug. That isn't as straight-forward of a fix as you would think though. Or actually, harmful. It is easy to just fix the warlords record. So I am spending time to properly think that one through.
    4. I only used Barrier for one part of this, was using Mana shield for the rest cause of Peemo. Anyways, when I was using Barrier Falkas was able to chii bolt me twice and pop barrier. What sucked was not being able to kill Falkas, and breaking his record, glad that was easy to fix, had the hellstream spam going almost got me killed.

  3. Monks can silence Invokers with spear hand strike (the only class that channels) they can also kick to interrupt, air thrash, trip, change damage type in the blink of an eye, stun with chi bolt. They are literally the Invokers kryptonite.
    1. Peemo, aren't you a fire invoker? Why are you using ice storm instead of fire? You'd do a lot more damage. I am thinking you are cause I swear you caused a wildfire a time or two.
    2. Falkas> just a guess, but he may have been trying for the chill and slow related to cold-based spells. Plus, fire storm is immobile (which makes it great for PvMob but makes it less useful against players). Like, once you cast fire storm, it doesn't channel...
