  1. Oh you got sick of getting your shit pushed in on Xulu so you logged your lowbie? Do you lick the balls when you suck his cock? Love how he had two of his buddies running around trying to loot when he was going to die. Sucks Mazush just runs and lets you two little bitches die!
    1. You are very sore and butthurt for trying to gank someone 1v2, placing your Keeper priority to balance the realms (e.g. retrieving cabal items from Legion) below your personal vendetta along with your buddy Kharl.

You tried 1v2 me twice, Nico and Kharl vs Mazush. You died twice.

Now get over it and stop whining and blaming others.

I do not know who is Grakkus and I do not know if he is Xulu or not (immortals can verify this soooo easily btw). I do not think he is Xulu, if my memory serves me right, I believe Xulu has been online same time as Grakkus, even helping him? I believe so.

You attacked Xulu in town, simply because he stood there. In guild issue gear, when you could not chase me down fast enough. That was complete bloodthirst from your part. He was not attacking not you nor Kharl, he just simply stood there. You two killed him.

I even told him not to come with me to fight you because I do not want to endanger your life and I do not need help against these two vermins. Xulu nodded and just sat at South Square to observe the battle from distance and communicate with other people in the realm.

YOU TWO KEEPERS, killed a guild-issue wearing guy simply because he sat there. You had priorities of retrieving cabal item from Legion and your second priority was killing me for rares I suppose, instead you chose to kill a newbie who happened to be on your blood-crazed path, just to feel a bit better about getting your ass kicked.

Then you dare to post whine notes and whine logs, on logboards (ranix removed it because you included sensitive cabal information) and on forum because you are SORE for losing 1v2 and completely failing at your cabal duty.

Yet you try and slander/shame me for fulfilling me.

That is the EPITOME of sucking ass and failure at everything.
    2. NB! Why are you trying to out poor Grakkus? If he is or is not Xulu, why are you breaking the rules once again? In-game is not enough? Need to do same ooc?
    3. Legion is the weakest currently-active cabal, he's not under any obligation to retrieve an item they stole but yeah he's super butthurt
    4. you uys both need to read the forum rules apparantly.begore you click that damn box. just for your info Nico. I was following around to loot mazush not two keepers who's eq is Fricken rot death yah tard. there shouldn't be double standards either I'm seeing nico say very very similar shit to what mazush says but only mazush is getting called out on it
    5. No one is ignoring Nico's bullshit. His first comment is out of line.
    6. Yeah I read that wrong. but I gaurantee I wasn't going to be looting FOR him. lol
    7. I totally resent being dragged in to this OOC/butthurt party just for having happened to log in in the middle of the action. My forum account is linked to my characters so yes the Imms can vindicate me.
    8. Y'all can leave little One-Eye out of this. Vindication confirmed.
    [reply to Nico]
  2. And just to make it clear, what I forgot to say to Nico, is that Xulu was at South Square, with a lowbie Quasit, you prioritized him over 2 duties while he was wearing guild-issue, just sitting there RPing with another guy.

Not only you randomly tag-team him with your buddy, making him quit, but now you slander a NEWBIE TO AR for failing at PK after 2 keepers randomly gank him while you (wannabe vet) with your buddy get OWNED 1v2 and you cry your ass off to everyone who bothers to listen (even if not).

Words can't describe what a scum you are lol

Can't wait to dunk you again, wannabe. YOU are the one who sucks horribly at PK and gets his shit handed to you daily by me and other people ;)

Btw, I also know who you are, but I'm not going to out you, because I got my warning about the rules and I acknowledge them. Maybe you should too.
      [reply to Mazush]
    1. And to top it all off, you're dying to someone who hasn't had a serious/active/PK char since 2005, literally, lol.

And judging from your portfolio, you have been playing non-stop for last several years.

Haha, good god, I am having such a blast right now killing your different chars on daily basis, just because you're such a salty noob ;)

Be a better person and I may just die to you out of pity before you hang yourself irl over frustration
        [reply to Mazush]
      1. Several things here. One, just because we kill your buddies, full loot them and they log out, does not make it suddenly a 2v1 against you. You staying logged in after we defeated them is just us finishing the fight.

Next, Our duties were not involved there at all. That was purely personal. We do not have a duty to invade an empty cabal with no at war threats around. Especially when we log in to have two justices and Xulu invading against us. (I'm just lucky Nico logged in when he did, or I am sure it would have turned out very differently)

Third, I don't know what exactly happened with Nico, but I am going to tell you something. Xulu attacked us in town on several occasions with you guys standing there after he was left in guild issue. He was casting firestorm beside you guys in the city as well as dispelling us both. The dispel was legal because we were outlaw. He should have been flagged for the firestorm.

Fourth I don't know what happened with Nico/Mazush as far as the attacking after he was defeated. No breaking wheel was involved, he was stunned, the guard took all his shit, and I kept attacking you to stop you from sentencing. It worked, he came out of the stun, I worded him and he was no longer flagged. You clearly broke conduct murdering a no longer wanted naked enemy in the city limits. You had apprehended him moments before and were unable to finish him. Had you of come back in and sentenced him or something involving your cabal that would be one thing, but you didn't. You murdered a player in the town who was not wanted. Justices are uninducted for that kind of behavior, or at least they have in the past. I am unsure why when he was apprehended he wasn't instantly teleported to the prison like normal.

Lastly, its basically expected to get killed by justices when you get wanted. You get the elite special guard mob, and all of the city guards and several other mobs hunt us actively keeping us slowed down. it was 2v3 when you guys got him the first time, and left him naked. After that a guild issue opponent is rarely going to stand a chance against a decked one.

Anyway this log clearly shows that he was no longer wanted when killed, so thanks for that Grakkus.
          [reply to Kharl]
        1. One last thing before I forget. The Justice using blindness dust in the middle of town, is clearly against the Law as well. For that alone, he should be flagged/punished for whatever. The terrible thing about playing Justices is having to remember all those guidelines and stick to them. It is why I don't play justices myself. I hate the frustration of having to completely toe the line while being taunted by people I cannot do shit about.
            [reply to Kharl]
          1. You killed a red-dragon wearing Thedius and trigger-happy Xulu at your Caretaker. Thedius was doing his duty and Xulu insisted on assisting because the Keepers have been killing him over and over again (I know it for a fact, and I also know that Keepers started it with absolutely zero RP involved).
So yes, you killed those two when they got separated by their mistakes.

We had SEVERAL encounters Mazush vs Nico+Kharl afterwards, so how was that NOT 1v2? Is it still 3v2 after the guys have logged off almost an hour ago? Wtf?

Xulu casted a spell which was aoe after you two INITIATED!
He died in few rounds, you dont flag em after they die.
His fight was done with you after he was stripped naked during the very first encounter a long while ago. He was there not fighting before YOU two attacked for no reason, talking to a lowbie.

I used blindness dust outside of town, in your cabal, IN JUSTICE cabal.

Nico found a loophole with you to escape death sentence.
Anyone would dunk him for that if you just get worded mid-sentence and escape scot-free. (From his log, he had no death, even his spell were still up).

You two are so frustrated that you go out of your way to get me, fail to do it properly in-game with PK and use whatever slander and bullshit to get the job done.

Even when I get uninducted, I just leave this game knowing that I owned two sore fucks, who are incompetent enough to get owned by someone who hasn't had a real character (not counting random lowbies/dicking around) for LITERALLY 13 years!

            1. Lorne
              1 , 0 , 1 .
From the stream and logs here, a couple of things. I am not being critical of the player behind the character, but purely based on character related issues. Now, Justices are looked upon very critically by the Imms and the playerbase, this is a vet cabal because you have very strict rules to obey and combined powerful powers with it. This is not your first Knight kinda cabal. So a few things I see objectively, I'm not the Justice or Keeper Imm though, they'll give you more insight:

Xulu casted firestorm more then once in front of BOTH Justices in town and was never flagged. This is a big infarction on both Justices. Being newly inducted you might get away with a warning, but can be reason for expulsion from cabal.

Mazush casted blind dust in town (aggressive AOE), this again is a reason for explusion for cabal, especially coupled with no one flagging Xulu for the AOE. The Laws are VERY clear. There is no ambiguity.

Now the actual stunned/word/sentence thing seems a bit of a loophole, so it's more on the fault of the coding then actually what happened. I don't think the wanted flag should be removed until you get sentenced so it was kinda stupid it got removed when he got tackled and stunned by the guard and was able to recover. I don't see an issue there, its obviously a loophole problem and shouldn't be happening. Mazush should have ever right to sentence Nico to death there, so killing him after when you guys took advantage of the loophole isn't really punishable IMO as it's a coding issue.

On the Keeper side, although grouped up and gangbanging at the end there with 2v1, they technically aren't breaking any Keeper conducts. No one of the edicts have been broken. They don't have to liberate any cabal items for other cabals, unless they are currently at war with the dominant cabal and a dominant cabal member in pk is actually in the realms. Or if there is a threat in the realms. So although kinda shitty, they didn't break any edicts and very well could just be attacking Mazush for his equipment. There is no rules about fighting honorably or anything like that, they very well can gang up together if they feel like they need to.

Now if they multi-killed Xulu without provocation afterwards, that can be questioned, like wtf is to keepers killing a guild-issue invoker for. But its not clear from the current logs that Xulu is not involved, he looks very much involved directly and indirectly throughout. If it was an issue and they just gangbanged him without any provocation, it should be brought up IC.

If you think there is any conduct issue, just bring it up IC with an inquiry if its rules related, or send a note to the respective cabal/Imm if it is cabal conduct related. That's the best way you will get redemption. Less crying on a logboard on both sides please. Enough with th
            2. Enough with the retarded log comments. Read the rules before you post a log or comment.
            3. I see, I should have paid more attention to Xulu, it did slip me because it was a chaotic and messy battle. Hopefully this is brought up IC and I am ready to take whatever punishment even if kicked out of Justice, I am sure that Nico and player behind the character would be super duper happy as this whole turmoil is the sole reason to get me one way or another.

I don't mind though, I'll take what I deserve. I'll still be leaving knowing that he sucks even 2v1 hehe, after all these years of trying to become a vet.

I have been on point with all the laws, but this stuff about not being able to use blindness dust in 1v2 situation slipped my mind. I don't even remember using it in town, I honestly don't because mostly it was either me or them invading.
            4. Yep, that's why Justices are hard to play, especially if you decide to play one abit aggressively. I remember back in the day, I literally had 3 Justice characters booted/denied in a ROW when I first applied to Justice before I had a competent one. It's easy to slip up, so you have to be very vigilant when you're playing a Justice. And sometimes even break from battle for a bit to analyze what happened so you didn't miss anything important.
            5. I never got in, not once
            6. Would be interesting to have seen what happened if he had typed SENTENCE NICO DEATH instead of MURDER NICO.
            7. Also it is not a coding issue, it is failure on Mazush'w part to not sentence Nico. This has always been this way. If you fail to sentence you do not get a free kill. I do not know why everyone is overlooking that.
            8. ? Wtf, how do you know its not a coding issue? It has always been that way? When has that ever happened before?

How does it make sense your WANTED flag is removed without a sentencing by a Justice. Aren't you by definition still a criminal then since you haven't received any sentence?
            9. beia
              0 , 1 , 0 .
No. It was like that 3 years ago, I let someone slip away because I did not sentence them. They got all there equipment taken and did not get there punishment aside from that. You have like 3 hours in game after the apprehension to sentence them if not then they are able to move and without a wanted flag. Dav can give more light on this but I am under the impression it has always been that way.
            [reply to Mazush]
          2. I learn from my fuckups and tend not to repeat them, yet they are the necessary evil to improve, so thanks for pointing it out. Takes an outside perspective sometimes to understand what has gone wrong, otherwise I would have not noticed this.
            1. that was meant to Lorne
            2. u need 2 lorne a thing or 2 about how 2 play a justice son
            [reply to Mazush]
          3. Justice is allowed to break laws while doing their duty. That includes AoE.
            1. That doesn't make sense. That's essentially saying they can attack anyone while someone is wanted, if they are trying to apprehend.
            2. That is news to me Olyn.

Pretty sure I got denied for fireballing in town as a Justice. Twice.

What if you AOE with another person in range when capturing a criminal? Then they dirt you and bash you. Kill you, you flag them for obstruction of Justice duties?
            3. Yeah this was why I never play an invoker justice I will 100% gaurantee walk into town with a storm up. I run into mobs that kill me. so I know I will into town in the thick of things
            4. Sounds like a good rule to me. The kind of rule that exists to stop people from saying "waah he broke the rule" and doesn't affect how Justices deal with their own internal affairs

long story short you can get in trouble for acting unlawfully as a Justice but it's not explicitly against any rule anywhere to do so
            [reply to Olyn]
          4. The last line of help wanted states:
"Note that a Justice is allowed to break laws for the purpose of apprehending."
            1. True. Xulu's firestorm should have gotten him Wanted, however. Failure to flag should be punishable even for a n00b Justice.
            2. shitttt....this can get very messy. I shit you not I have been denied twice for AOE in town on a Justice.

I can think of a couple of messy situations here that can create some havoc:

              1) Cyclone north square with 1 criminal 1 innocent bystander in range. Bystander gets killed, no fault on Justice?

              2) Fireball at north square with 1 criminal 1 bystander. Bystander kills Justice, do you flag bystander by Law 4?

              3) Randomly casting fireball around town with a known hidden thief/shadow/ or camo'd ranger, can cause some abuse if it hits a few bystanders.
            3. 1) no
              2) yes
              3) my brain hurts
            4. Lol what? You flag someone for standing in town and you fireball agro him and he attacks you....that totally makes sense not.
            5. Well wait, when you cast the fireball is the criminal and the innocent both in the room?
            6. Yep, the other dude just chillin, and he ends up killing you.
            7. I think the Justice would be within the guidelines to flag the inno in that instance. Still a dick move though.
            8. He just working the street man, why you gotta hit up a brother like that? Ain't his fault he wielding an axe while dealing legalized dope. That's bullshit, brother gotta leave town just cuz someone flagged and in range?

It's the Wire all over again.
            9. Omar's comin!
            10. On my justices I always interpreted that line to mean that a justice could obviously initiate on a wanted person (murder, target specific skill/spell, etc). Never in my life would I have thought that gave you freedom to AOE in town.
            11. Yea, if a Justice flags me for killing him/her after he engaged me with fireball. I was just eating my beef at North Square, I'd be writing essays to the Justice Imm/Leader asking for a formal punishment/apology for obvious corruption.
            [reply to Olyn]
          5. I also had a justice denied for that, loooooooong time ago.
              [reply to Kharl]
            1. When I was around you were not aloud to cast AoE spells in town to apprehend people who are wanted. I remember the conversation with Dav and he said no you can not cast faerie fire to try to find Aurone when she was wanted.
                [reply to Tarn]
              1. you know this actually makes sense to me if you think about real life. cops murder and assault in the line of duty to do their job. justified to kill a mobster on a crowded street if they pull a gun on you. those bullets are pretty aoe ;)
                1. Cops are trained to not harm any citizen when taking a shot at a criminal. Firestorm or blindness dust would be like throwing a gernade. Cops don't carry gernades because they protect the public. Justice should be the same way but apparently that has changed so Mazush is cleared of that infraction. Now let's look at the other two, murdering a non wanted person in town, and not properly applying the wanted flag to his group mate who is constantly using aggressive AOE spells right infront of him.
                2. sounds like an IC and justice issue to me. I can't comment or speculate too much though as I'm just a forum troll.
                3. Correct, tayyah, all of the hypotheticals brought up by Lorne would be handled IC by Justice leaders since they also act as the Internal Affairs Dept.
                4. Olyn
                  1 , 0 , 0 .
The other two scenarios: murdering a guy in town. From what I can tell, there was an attempt to beat the system/sentence so the Justice improvised the death sentence. IMO this is up to current Justice leaders to handle, but I'd personally stand by him for quick thinking giving the appropriate sentence (death).

Failing to flag someone could be incompetence or corruption, and again, I'd expect current Justice leadership to investigate and handle this IC.

Do you notice the pattern? All of this could and should be handled IC. Now everybody stop crying and go play the game.
                5. There is a permanent monument north of Seringale showing that not all instances of potential justice abuse are to be handled by mortals IC.
                6. That was a guy trying to break the game by flagging everyone. Not even close to comparable.
                7. The point is that the most potent cabal in the game is Justice and there is a reason they are monitored more closely than any cabal by Imms. To claim the contrary is patently false.

That doesn't mean there is anything to see here, not saying there is. Merely pointing out that this cabal in particular sometimes necessitates a bit more scrutiny than others.

              2. There's obviously a feud going on here between these two players and my advice to the rest of you guys is to not plant yourselves in the middle of it - don't bother taking sides, the rest of us on the same team here and that's a team of people who enjoy AR and can conduct IC rivalries without harboring an OOC beef over them. If you do choose to ignore this advice be aware that you cannot solve it for them and more than likely you will get stressed out.
                1. I can solve it for them with my happy little problem solver "slay"
                2. Its fine, I can take a slay for being harassed 24/7
                3. Is harassment one word or three?
                4. Yes just want to clarify that this comment I left was for the players, not for the Imms. As a player you really are not going to get any satisfaction out of trying to call a player out on the forums, we don't really gain much from people taking sides and causing a split playerbase all hating each other. Immortals can handle that because they have the banhammer to back it up and are guaranteed to have a united team behind them (even when I do disagree with the decisions, I will still support the decisions made). That's the way to go. Let it rest between the two people who have the grudge, let them join separate cabals and fight IC and who knows, maybe one day you'll see them grow into the new Davairus/Ramod and have superfights at 50 fully decked and leave us exciting logs. Right? We've all had our rivals, have we not.

The Immortals are all a wonderful bunch of people, and in-game they are or have been the cream of the crop. The best of the best. I've hand picked the entire team myself, they actually do all care about you guys and they also care about the quality of this game and your enjoyment of it. I'm personally very glad for every Imm we have. I would like to be able to say that about every player too. It isnt my goal to ban people from the game, Mazush, but that is an option I'm not unwilling to use if that is pushed enough.

              3. Glad to not be a part of this shit storm blade out
                1. Don't lie! We all know you play all these guys in question! ITS ALL A FUCKING LIE!!!! 9/11 was STAGED! THEY ARE ALL ACTORS!
                2. I miss you
                3. "blade out" wtf? He's so cool now
                4. I gotta admit. Blade out is pretty sexy.
                5. Damn. That's solid.

              4. And this is why I tend not to comment on anything on the forums. Too much drama can build up too quickly. I let my chars do what they do, and whenever I delete that's when I put myself and put in my 2 cents should anyone feel like I've wronged them.
