The escape
One day long ago, on a weeks end actually. Myself and my lady friend at the time were bored and shut in. We decided to go for a walk along the forest paths to the west of Seringale. Happening upon a circus of wondrous proportions! There wasn't much though we hustled in immediately. In and amongst all of the different colored stages and the many acts there was one that stood out. On a modest side stage, stood a brightly dressed man with a violently loud whip. Attached at either end were reinforced pegs with chains long enough to overlap in the middle by a few hands but not long enough to reach the edges of the stage. On one was a giant grizzly, mouth hanging open and frothing. The other one of the ugliest and most beat up fire giant I had ever seen. Cracking the whip and viciously accosting them into fighting. I thought it was the most vile thing I had ever seen. At that moment, I made a decision that would for ever change my life. Although this was not my decision to become a knight, it was the reaction that solidified that. Later on that night I snuck back to the circus and with the intentions of saving the being from this kind of torture, surely he was better than the beasts he was pitted against. I popped the pin on his cage when no one was around. Clink ting, the feint sounds of the pin hitting the cobblestone. Somehow I knew that I had made a mistake, something screamed in my mind. Oh no, what have you done. It turned on me, still unsure what was happening. I took the hesitation and ran, for all my life. I could hear him barreling down on me, in the dead of night. I heard the cracking first, as a giant paw like hand hit me in the side. Several ribs surely broken. Lucky for me freedom was more prevalent in his mind or my life would have been forfeit. Once I recovered I would dedicate my life to vanquishing the likes of Awfhar and his evil kind. What kind of a being would turn on his would be rescuer?

Description (commended):

A mammoth being lumbers onward, half again the height of a normal human. A height accomplished even with a slouch befitting one of his stature. His hands, the size of a gnomes head, are badly scarred. Thick, hairy knuckles, parted like a many pronged lightning bolt, from healed over wounds. His arms are half his height, moderately slender, but well toned. Many slashes and stabs, ranging from fresh to grotesque scar. His shoulders protrude forward so much as to force him into an awkward strut. Awfhar's legs are long and heavily muscled, from carrying such a mass around. Blood red eyes peer out behind his very bushy eyebrows. His right eyebrow is split in half by a clean scar from the beginning of his hairline to the top of his eye socket. Protruding from his jaw, one up from the bottom right, and another down from the top left, are two very badly stained tusks. Though stained they have been gnawed to razor points.

Well, this one was me but it was time to move on to new things. I didn't save enough trains to hold out a long life.... I was down to 20 con and if I couldn't manage the gear right to get that back up I really noticed the regen. I learned so much with this one im really excited for my next char. Cedowyl our fight was awesome probably the highlight of this char, that or logging in to see temur and some invoker and auhror all at once, thinking shit, I am going to have to fight all three, only to have the invoker side with me for no reason as we were just fighting, and I nuked temur so fast I haven't seen him since and auhror teleport deathed and haven't seen them either lol. Ice is so hard to deal with, even with 1100 hp from malicious beast I had trouble dealing with even just icicles, not sure if I'll play a fire giant again. Had some really good fights with Sevaush, pretty sad I Didn't get to fight Glerr but oh well, wasn't meant to be, i'll get you with my next guy ;) I really played this guy to have no fear of anyone, always tried to be aggressive, and Ihad no fear of the law. I tried my damndest to always be wanted, and to play chaoticly. I feel I did pretty good in that regard.

Yeah, after dying in the rift and losing all my eq, I used up my llifetime of reserved currency to get another set. After that gank by Rugorn and you, farming taiji is just too painful. I actually deleted my character after that death but I did not know AR locks your character in ghost delete rather than allowing the delete. I'll probably log on on of these days to delete. Not gonna solo farm taijis, too waste of time.

  2. I will never understand why you abducted me... Either way, well done over all.

LOL well, that one played differently in my head. I was so confused I sat there and just died. you were at excellent. I was at like 800 out of 1100 hp, figured what the heck I'll give er a shot. abduct cut my hp in half I was like wtf??? It was my plan all along to try to get the abduct off.
    2. I imagined that was the reason, but I kind of had the same reaction when you died. Confused. It hit me a bit later that you or I probably didn't meet the abduct specs for not getting hit. I was actually hoping you would abduct me anyway.

If the abduct cut your hp in half meant it failed? So you did not enter the rift? Just run like hell and try again? Haha.

I was sitting alone at home not even dual screening, just playing AR. I Was clearing a room in zodiac iles basement and I get a text so I respond. In that 15 seconds, huradrim had appeared out of know where, killed me and disappeared.
