Grobar created on 27th of July 2021, and is dead and gone (20 years old, 63 hours, 22 days lifetime)
Title: the Battlemaster Gender: Male Level: 50 Class: fire giantwarrior
Background history:
Description:
Standing before is an enormous being. Hands above most that stand around
him, Grobar is tall even for a fire giant. His scalp is scraped bald with
what appears to be something only slightly jagged or possibly abrasive as it
isn't very clean. His face is misshapen and covered in scars. Dark brown
eyes stare menacingly out from under his bushy eyebrows. Under a very
crooked nose, a badly healed cut splits open having a canine protrude from
the gap. His shoulders are well muscled and stout. He stands erect and
poised, always ready for battle with a posture befitting this nature.
Man. Some of you guys make 50s and delete them between me logging in my mort... must be nice still having that kinda free time. Has it ever crossed your minds to offer powerlevelling services for actual pay, asking for a friend

Yeah I never understand why ppl delete. Just amass a collection of 50s like the rest of us.

If you're caballed, I think you owe it to the cabal to delete if you don't plan on keeping the character active. Non-cabaled, I guess sometimes it just feels good to delete.
Not getting the chance to even the score really sucks though.

I never understood why someone would keep on life support a character they never plan on playing. Sounds like a waste of time

Well someday I might get the urge to play a paladin/warrior/druid/necro/dk/shaman/ranger/thief/ninja/healer/invoker/illusionist and if I do I already have one or two trained and ready to go so don’t need to make a new one :)
Sorry if I ruffle some feathers but I’m going to say it(halfway through a bottle of wine). People who delete after one death don’t have any commitment and are not seeking to add value to the game we enjoy. You kill a bunch of people flawlessly get bis gear and get to the top of the rating. In doing so you’ve most likely enjoyed the journey and created a good amount of tension in the game. Then someone finally is able to get an edge on you and kill you. However you delete and that tension immediately disappears and anyone who’s day you shit on now doesn’t get the chance to get revenge. They don’t get the chance for revenge and lose any value for building depth for there characters from interacting with yours.

Haha, I feel like you're taking this way more personal than you need to after half a bottle of wine. It's a character with no depth who leveled quick and got geared. Took advantage of it, lost the gear and deleted. That's about it. One might say the real problem here is how quick it is to level/train, but with the pbase, it's almost required to have characters like this. Think about any character they might've helped level along the way, that's their real purpose.
idk why really care about this, its just a flash in the pan character. its like the guy who KO'd mike tyson once and then nobody heard of him ever again, we have several players like this. they generate a big buzz and 3 weeks later theyre out of business. the cycle of death continues

You're undervaluing the contributions that one character (flash-in-the-pan or not) can add to another. Especially with the playerbase as low as it is, these one-three month characters help to shape the 1-2 year character's journeys.

Nadrin 3 , 0 , 0 . I couldn't keep a bunch of characters on life support. One I would never remember their rp, two it would be stressful
[reply to Akzylar]….but then I definitely make a new one……
