Skeggi was slow, even for a fire giant. He started walking, talking, and
showing understanding later than his peers. Most fire giants are able to
develop an ability to converse in rudamentary common tongue, but Skeggi
never quite figured it out. It is unknown whether he has a speech
difficulty or if he is simply not intelligent enough to formulate cohesive
thought.
What he lacked in intellect, though, he made up for with size and brute
strength. He was much larger and stronger than any of his age in the tribe,
and in time he even stood taller than the adults. His ferocity was matched
by none. In time he became the fiercest fighter in the tribe and could have
easily claimed the title of chieftian if he had challenged the current
ruler.
Skeggi was far too dim witted and gullible, though, so the fated battle
never took place (for the good of the tribe). Skeggi was sent on a "very
important" mission to travel to Serin to "find the power there and come back
stronger". He has no idea what that means but he knows what power is, and
likes it. Thus he has come to Serin in search of "something". May the Gods
help him.
Description:
This fire giant is at least eighteen feet tall. His limbs are thick and
strong and his skin is thick and the color of charcoal. He has a fiery
shock of wild, red hair reaching to his shoulders. His red eyebrows are
furrowed in concentration. He has sunken eyes with red irises. He has a
flat, broad nose that looks crooked as if it has been previously broken.
His face is heavily scarred from many battle wounds.
Damn. Wish I could have spent more time with Skeggi. RL has been a pain for a couple months now that I am back to work. I do miss my time with Skeggi and think about him often. Perhaps the funniest char I have ever met. You will be missed friend.
Skeggi if I'd have known that one fight you took me along for would be the only one, I'd have... been even more nervous. The emotional aspect of this game is just insane. Your RP and your killing were both superb at least from where I'm able to judge. Its a lot to look up to.
Ahhhhh! Man I'm gonna miss you! One of my favorite nights on here was being murdered by you and getting nearly full looted, and then later joining up with you and Bonfo and having a "Shit Party" and Szrevan's lair. Can't wait to see what you roll up next! You were always fun to interact with!

So Skeggi was great. I remember talking him into applying for Legion, and seeing him get in before I did. He was wrecking people left and right always wanting to fight. His rp of always being hungry was hilarious, and he rped in a manner that made him very easy to manipulate. There were plenty of times that I know when I was manipulating him that there was no way that the player behind Skeggi, didn't know what was happening but his roleplay said to go with it so he did. Not that I ever manipulated him into doing something that was in his own interest, but it was great. I had a blast playing with, and fighting alongside, sad to see you go.
This char was a ton of fun. Rolled it due to Ashlyn guessing fire zerk was the best thing to take down szrevan. I had planned on it taking a lot of tries to kill him so I was shocked when I pulled it off on the first attempt while sitting on the couch with my wife using a shitty laptop (left shift and enter buttons super short and weird function buttons where they should normally start).
The RP that developed with this char was really fun. He started at lvl 1 as a dumb giant but the hungry/eating thing only developed spontaneously after killing szrevan and eating him. Full looting him was the funnest thing I’ve done in a while. Im really disappointed that I never saw him a single time after joining legion. I had a few different strategies to try out against him and I’m sure I would have been able to kill and full loot him again.

I’ve fought lots of uphill battles on this guy, including 1v2, 1v3. While I find it completely possible to do this, it just isn’t that much fun. I don’t get a lot of time to play AR and sometimes I just want to log on and chill. Read some notes, putter around, etc. There is just no way to do that on a char like this. I know whenever I logged on it would be balls to the wall combat (prob 1v2) the whole time.
Yeah Ice storm is insane. Fighting against 2 ppl at once is tough. That’s fine though. I could deal with both of those if I really wanted to stick with a pure PK legion guy. There are other things I want to do on AR though and any time spent playing him would mean I’m not doing those things.
Thanks to everyone who interacted with Skeggi for RP or PK. It was a blast. I’m aware I could have “put in more hours and l lived longer and gone forsaken instead of dreadlord” if I wanted an actual shot at HoE but I just didn’t want to sink that much time and effort into something that wasn’t what I really wanted to do.
Iliandra I’m sorry I didn’t get to teach you as many things as I wanted to. You have a great attitude and I’m sure you’ll get better with every fight (I already think you’re great). Keep it up!

Everyone thought Im gonna delete when you killed me in stun duel and full looted ;p Then I killed you in random shit non-rare set and there was a bug with looting corpses, so I had to kill you again to get my shit back. Was looking forward to fighting you more, but as my interest in the game dwindled down and RL obligations started piling up, I never got to have the fights I actually enjoyed (where I felt I had to actually make an effort, as in fighting Xenyars ranger, your berserker). Yeah idk what was up with that loot bug when you and letya killed me. I really underestimated how crazy overhead was when I raged on you dual wielding and ate a bunch of oblits/rakes/demolishes. I wasn’t going to do that again but I was p confident I’d get you with a new strategy but who knows. Did think it was bs that you called me a coward for sitting in my guild and then I kicked your ass and you ran straight to your hovel to heal behind guardian though.

the loot bug was an ilromie request to stop ‘get all corpse’ spamming with ‘you cant carry that many items’ so your get all would stop as soon as it hit an untakeable item, and that turned out to be an oversight with getting interrupted by evil only gear. so for a bit you had to manually type out all loot by name almost all the time, also nobody noticed this for a month ish
You might not remember this but I've been curious so I'll ask. After I oversaw one of your fights with Ilrohme I was coming to join you for the post fight RP and you were gone when I got there. Did you think I was coming to kill you? Or did you just have to go? Or maybe you don't even remember

@Trillian - I remember that! I had invited you to come feast on her corpse but she unghosted and was still itching for a fight and I was still wounded so I couldn't stick around the corpse and RP. I fought her for a few rounds and then ran off and then had to leave. It would have been fun!

I was always curious what you thought because one of the Consortium thought I was on the path for vengeance and reminded me we weren't a cabal. Which I found quite humorous indeed.
Really fun (and terrifying) character. You always knew something was about to go down when he was around. I definitely enjoyed the RP and trying to convince him to read things and he simply responded "What is read?" Lots of memorable moments and great job with the character.
