Trauc Thunderhoof is a member of a clan of wild minotaurs which did not
follow Mahn-Tor into his keep. This clan wanders the plains near Winter,
and ekes out an existence through meager hunting. Most of his clan are
peaceful, but Trauc proved to be another matter entirely. Nothing his
mother did as a child could calm him down, and it was as if the demons
themselves had possessed him. He grew up taking things from his clan and
clashing with his elders frequently. By the time he was seventeen, Trauc
had grown into a massive creature and he left his clan in disgust, taking
with him his loincloth, some furs, and a sharpened steel axe.
Description:
There is a half-bovine humanoid here. It is perhaps half again as tall
as a normal human, with a bull's head atop very broad shoulders. The head
has red stains upon the horns, and the jaw appears to be long and narrow on
this individual. His nose is pierced with a large ring, too. His chest,
which is comparable in thickness to a tree trunk, leads down from the
shoulders to a tail that seems to twitch almost as though it has a life of
its own. His flanks are large enough that if he were slaughtered they could
each feed a small family for a meal or two... But given how aggressively he
is postured and how he appears to be ready for action immediately if the
occasion calls for it, it seems unlikely his flanks would become somebody's
dinner.

This one was mine. I thought I'd try both a berserker and a Warlord with a decent combination this time... I had a terrible berserker in the Knights a while back when Krydus was at his prime in Legion (I was human, he was a fire giant; big surprise, he dominated our fights). Also, my previous (and so far only other) Warlord was a drow warrior (terrible combo).
I want to thank both Lorne and Conundo for letting me be a part of the Warlords, particularly Conundo. My relationship with Conundo generally felt like one of those mentor/hero relationships, kind of like the guy who was with Hercules in said Disney movie (me being like Hercules in this analogy)... Only I was envisioning a short guy mentoring somebody towering over him who would normally be able to tear him apart if he weren't a master of warfare. I happily took that role too... He clearly knew more than me, even though I beat him occasionally.
Two things I want to mention: I seem to recall some Immortal telling me a while back that either the 200 or 300 hp threshold (I forget which) is when you have to decide whether to go all out with rage or run like a bat out of hell... I was using such a strategy with 300 hp as my threshold typically and only raging either when I was otherwise going to die or when I could press the advantage.
Also, the grim trophies are really useful. The hawk trophy in particular has great utility against rangers (Edebayo once fell because I had used one of those trophies while he was camouflaged). In general, the berserker feels buffed compared with last time I played them (long before Rondak caused some changes to take place), and I enjoyed playing.
Thank you for the kind words. As another friend comes to pass I find myself carrying on. Trauc started off rough and we worked on a ton of battle techniques and such together. I could always count on him to be at my side if i needed it and after sometime developed into a worthy warlord. Looking forward to your next one thanks for the travels
I thought warlords were going in a really interesting direction with the duel or die mantra. It's a shame you guys didn't continue that because duels to the death bring a lot more excitement to the game win or lose. Good luck on your next character
you might as well duel to the death if you are going to delete after your first 10 deaths. thats 100 duels worth of deaths if you go 50% wins

I agree with this 100%. I'd love to see more con deaths its better for everyone. Im condeathing mine, and im having a blast dont care how many people hate me. But its fun, and its suppose to be fun. I wish the duel or death would have went longer too, just like the knights could potentially delete after dyin, just stick with it. Trauc was fun an i was scared of him. Im actually scared of all of you cause im a rper at heart and pk second, but longevity of mortal life brings longevity to the game. So lets get back on that
So now I have a vendetta on me from a dead character? Or does that vendetta go away now that he's dead?
As far as Trauc's character is concerned, I wish I could have seen you around more. I'd have liked to see how things unfolded between us since the drama between Conundo and I faded.
Thanks for everything, Trauc. Seeing some of your stuff inspired me to make Xaltor. I'm definitely in the learning process as well, and I think a minotaur berserker is a great test-bed for getting better at PvP. Looking forward to what you crank out next!

There was some other minotaur berserker who had a decent record against Conundo that actually inspired me to make Trauc... I forget his name, but when I was playing Karea he was pretty active. Conundo sometimes fought the two of us at the same time, which was fun.
