SET ITEMS
Some items in Serin have powers that can only be unlocked by linking them
to other items in the realms. When every piece from a set of SET ITEMS is
equipped by the same person, that person will unleash the full bonuses of
all the items collected. These bonuses can transform otherwise mundane - or
useless-looking items into potent artifacts in their own right. However,
equipping anything less than the full set will offer no additional value.
Followers of a religion can attain a special religious item from their deity's
altar that when equipped after a full set is already worn will reduce the
number of needed set items by one.
IDENTIFY and APPRAISE can reveal the name of the sets that SET ITEMS belong
to, but considerably more information can be uncovered about SET ITEMS by
using the LORE skill.
Bonuses from equipped item sets can be seen under your AFFECTS.
* Note: Duplicate copies of the same item may count twice in a set. For
example, a two item set might be two copies of the same bracelet worn on
either wrist, or two daggers dual wielded at the same time.
