CURATIVE
These spells cure any health loss the target has incurred, but do not
restore any other status ailments that they may also have suffered, such as
blindness or disease. They differ primarily in healing power, mana
efficiency, and how much concentration is required to commune the
supplication.
Cure continual cures a marginal amount continually, and can also increase
the healing from cure light, cure serious, and cure critical with good mana
efficiency. Cure continual also reduces the damage from a shaman's cause
and harm spells for its duration.
Cure light cures a small amount. This is the most mana-efficient curing
spell.
Cure serious cures a moderate amount, but is slightly less mana-efficient
than cure light. This is the strongest curing spell available to paladins.
Cure critical cures a substantial amount, but is less mana-efficient than
cure serious. This is the strongest curing spell available to shamans.
Heal is the strongest spell of this type, but also the least mana-efficient.
Only healers can commune the heal spell. This spell is not modified by cure
continual.
Healers can use the 'look' command to determine injured parties within their
same room to target for beneficial healing.
* Targets that have lost some constitution compared to the maximum possible
for their race will heal at a reduced rate from spells of this type. This
decrease is directly proportional to their constitution loss.
