'ALACRITY'
Syntax: rush <target>
The rogue experiences particular enjoyment for melee combat, exhibiting
an adrenaline rush that causes them to fight with extra fervor. These surges
occur when the rogue notices a successful wild strike or a weapon casting
a random magical effect such as the poisoning of an envenomed dagger or
a vampiric effect. This effect is known as alacrity.
Similarly, the rogue can "rush" to chase a fleeing target, consuming their
alacrity in the process. They can also rush once without it, although only
possible periodically.
Like many agile skills, alacrity requires the rogue to be outfitted entirely
in light armor.
