'BARDIC CHARM' Syntax: AUTOMATIC Half-elves are renowned for their physical attractiveness, and the 'Bardic Charm' legacy allows half-elven bards to leverage this for maximum effect at shops to improve the effects of haggling upon an items final price. The HAGGLE skill must be practiced for this legacy to have any effect. This skill is particularly useful to reduce the final price of expensive randomized items from shopkeepers, allowing the half-elven bard to equip himself in potentially very powerful equipment at a fraction of its normal costs.
