'BLACK MARKET' Operating illegally under the nose of the Law, the black market offers a way to purchase items that are illegal for sale. This includes some that are too dangerous for sale, such as the street drug "spice", but it also includes the practice of selling useful items to dangerous criminals. In addition, the black market is where one can go to find lucrative bounty missions (issued by the fence via the TASK command) and even allows placing an ITEM CONTRACT out for other player characters to collect. Note that services provided by the black market are entirely illegal. This means that the lawmen of Seringale will fine you heavily if you are seen trading there.
