The technique involves flopping to the ground, dead weight, as only a drunken could. However, this is only a feint. While executing the technique, the monk is able to recover injuries quickly. Stiff legs mend without delay. Similarly, the monk retains their senses, able to run out of the way of many strikes despite looking completely vulnerable.
