The 'Boundless Mastery' legacy allows them to continue to improve while at 100% skill proficiency, with each occurrence of a skill improvement beyond mastery being channeled into restoring some of their body's health and stamina instead. This ability is particularly powerful during times of surge. The 'Boundless Mastery' legacy improves in power as a half-elf warrior gains ranks in his guild, but only has a chance to produce effects when fighting a superior foe.
