'BREAKNECK SWERVE' Syntax: AUTOMATIC In especially desperate fights, avian warriors who are particularly willful and strong-minded may push themselves far enough to employ the risky Breakneck Swerve legacy. This releases an additional burst of adrenaline to their wings, allowing the avian warrior to perform a sudden and last-ditch aerial maneuver to DODGE an attack that they otherwise would not have been able to DODGE. This improvement is comparable to that of a rogue's ability to COUNTERBALANCE. Because of the legacy's dangerous and physically taxing nature, avian warriors will only attempt this maneuver when facing an opponent more powerful in levels than themselves, and the opening to do so is only available while combat style superiority is maintained.
