'CROSS FADE' Syntax: fade The cross fade ability allows a bard to switch easily between their battle hymn and concord hymn, without the mental exertion of playing the entire song. All group members are affected. The changeup is bi-directional so that the bard can switch freely between the two, as long as one of the two songs is active. An additional affect of learning to cross-fade is that the bard becomes better attuned with their audiences. For every person that listens to the bard's songs, each lyric will temporarily increase their maximum mana. If the bard performs crossfade while in crescendo, then those who are not in their group will experience inversed song affects. See also: CRESCENDO
