'EXPOSURE' Distinct from vulnerabilities, certain races of Serin exhibit weaknesses when they come into contact with certain materia. For drows, it is the touch of silver, while for elves, the touch of iron. When they come into close proximity with their weakness, especially when taking damage, they experience an accumulating condition known as "exposure" that can only be reduced with regeneration or healing, and as such it also has an affect to lower each of these, as some of the regeneration will be dedicated towards removing that exposure. The exposure also eventually goes away on its own, but this takes a long time. See also: WEAKNESSES
