Law 5 - Desecration of city grounds and fake yells
It is forbidden for citizens to desecrate the city grounds. Examples of this
are littering (i.e. leaving objects lying on the floor and not destroying them
or picking them back up after a reasonable amount of time), and vulgarities
such as urination, defecation and spitting. These actions may be penalized
with a fine, or manual labor if the fine cannot be afforded.
Note that foul language is NOT policed. However, fake yelling of attacks or
thievery will result in a fine. Bullshit will not be tolerated.
